Tim's Moly

I decided to do my portrait as a tattoo in Tim'arm. In the original Photo he is showing a roadrash he got in his arm after a bike accident. Later I though that I will add some colour to the background and shirt to link better the portrait with the other drawings. This was my first time with acrilics and I am glad there were just flat colour surfaces....

Heidi's Moly

I finished also Heidi's Moly. I worked on pencil in order to blend my drawing with Ramires..The bushes and heidi's photo give me the idea of the flying butterflies. I left my portrait unfinish but recognizable to avoid stealing the attention from Heidi's portrait.

Dana´s Moly

Halas.. (basta) like they said here .. I have to send Danas moly soon or I will keep working on it... so I guess this is the final stage..next week to the post

I started sketching my idea for Heidis Moly today!
I still don´t have a picture.. but I will post soon
Having still arround Dana´s Moly I could not resist temptation and retouched a few things.. it looks better. i will make some new pictures....
but I guess is better I send it to Danica as soon as possible.. Danica could u confirm your address?
about other issues... Peppermintha have you decided if you post a new Moly?
and Suzette how are you? It have neen a while since we have heard from you.

Dana´s Moly

I finished Dana´s Moly yesterday night.
I was inspired by her new haircut :-)
I have to say that the previous works from Tim and Ramires are very good integrated... mine looks a little isolated.. but I choose to left some space inbetween since ramires portrait of himself could get lost.
For Dana´s hair I used some gold dust mixed with watercolour, the other tools are sepia, pitt pen and colour pencils.

Heidi's book

How Tim said here, I like to do small paintings in Moly_X books, but this is a very interesting book with beautiful drawings and I did preferred to keep this line also making a drawing using only my mechanical pencil with 2b. It is a pure draw, without sfumattos or effects, I did only what the graphite can do toutching the paper. Heidi, I hope you enjoy. Sorry for my late.

Heidi's Moly - finally finished

I'd done Heidi's portait ages ago and sketched out what I wanted for mine a while back as well, and after Omar's call for updates I broke out the pens today. This is the result:


In her flickrsteam, Heidi has some photos of her in front of this giant mirrorball thing that I think looks awesome. My drawing does it no justice but that's what I was going for.

I'm not really pleased with the gray tones (I should have done an ink wash instead of using cheap Pitt pens) but oh well. It's done and headed to Ramires tomorrow.

work in progress

I worked on the weekend on my self protrait. I make some images of the process. You can check them on my flickr. I realized that I made a mistake: I started onthe 3rd and 4th page instead of the 1st and 2nd. I have to think what to do with them.
By the way what information should come in the Moleskine?
The other question I have is which Moleskine would I become next?
