nicole's moly

I'm very happy to say, that FINALLY I finished my last entry in Nicole's moly. It took me forever to get it done, but I'm quite happy with the result. The only book I haven't drawn in is Robert's. I'm sorry if I slowed our group a little bit.

Robert, could you send me your address, please?
Btw. where is Robert's book? I hope it's not lost. in that case my part in this group would be over. So, for the worst scenario, I was very happy that I could work with such talented people :)

Nicole's Moly.

I finished Nicole's Moly. It took me more time that I though. Sorry for the delay. It was very difficult to be together with such great works preceding me. I hope you like it.
Danica, could you send me your address in Flickr?

Sketching Nicole

I started working some ideas for Nicoles Moly... I really admire her work and it makes me feel very humble. So I got this idea to portrait her as a saint or a queen and I start doodling around, so this is one of the ideas I have.
I am quite creative this days and I would like to have a real moly in my hands. Heidi: why don't you send me Danicas moly? I promise I will finish it very fast (2 weeks)and I send you back again if you still have not finish it.(I am in Canada for the next 50 days)

Interview with Nicole

Emily O’Marra by Nicole Little

Over on the new blog for Julia Kay’s Portrait Party, Kai conducted a nice interview with our own Nicole Little. Check it out.

I love the portrait party. It's one of the most active and fun flickr groups around. Check it out if you haven’t already. (Click here to see all my JKPP portraits. Including Danica, Omar, Nicole and moly_x founder, Marty Harris)

The postman visited me today!!

It is a beautiful and challenging book, I will strive to maintain the high level.
I've seen this in Minneapolis, but I do not tire of saying how beautiful is the work of Nicole, and Tim was also lovely. I love the idea of the book on the table to make small doodles.
Thanks for the gift Tim :-))))

Nicole’s moly

I’ve been working on Nicole’s book ever since I got back from my trip to Minneaopolis for the MCBA show. I think it’s almost done but I can’t decide whether or not to add any color or tones to her portrait or mine. I’m a bit worried about screwing it up...but I’m also not sure if it looks unbalanced without them. Thoughts?

Oh! I almost forgot to mention the little guest appearance by Marty’s little raccoon! Our fearless leader himself added that and I thought everyone could add a little doodle to the moly on the table in this.

UPDATE: I worked on the background a bit more and after adding the grey to the computer and Nicole’s headphones I’ve decided it’s finished. I’ll send it off to Claudio on Monday.

How is everyone else doing? We haven’t seen an update in a while. I’m not even sure who has what at this point. Could everyone check in on this post?
